About the job
Work with SPS Commerce, Commercehub or Trading Partner, to set up the new EDI trading partner, to test EDI connections and documents, to develop new EDI mapping.
Work with SPS support team to address the EDI issues/incidents.
Work and communicate with all the EDI trading partners on EDI updates/change request.
Provide technical support internally on all EDI process and operation, for instance, troubleshooting failed EDI documents, address the EDI process failures if there are, fix the ASN error/issue in timely fashion, etc. Having NAV or Redhorse working experience is a big plus.
Assist the EDI operator to perform the daily EDI process.
Provide Tier 1 support internally for the ERP system – NAV 2009 (including but not limited on EDI) – a training will be provided. Having NAV working experience is a big plus.
Provide Tier 1 support internally for the ERP system – Redhorse (including but not limited on EDI) – a training will be provided. Having Redhorse working experience is a big plus.
Help monitor and document the system change requests, system/IT support tickets, work flow/chart, …etc.
