The Systems Engineer / Microsoft Office 365 will have an advanced technical aptitude working in Office 365 and Exchange platform capabilities. Troubleshoots problems with Microsoft AD, Exchange, and GPOs.  Creates new GPOs, primary support on Exchange Server. Develop and document migration strategies for workload shifts into Office 365 and Azure. Day to day administration of Exchange Online, Security, and Compliance, Exchange Online. Protection, Data Loss Prevention and Governance. 

Provide second-level support for incoming technology issues.  Responsible for support and troubleshooting of enterprise end user systems, to include printer, software, peripheral and technical troubleshooting and repair.  Requires a minimum Vocational/Technical School education, with two to four years experience preferred.

Manage and operate communications and internal networks. Install new software, administer security procedures, ensure system back-ups, and monitor and make recommendations to improve network performance. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments.
